Be it industry reform, unbundling of the industry sector, development program or a transaction, following are the typical services we provide in line with technical assistance:
Uzbekistan. Most of the legal reforms are currently being implemented in Uzbekistan due to country’s renewed government policy. We are proud to be in the centre of historical changes in several key strategic sectors, including energy, oil & gas, capital markets, aviation and chemicals. Our firm worked on drafting of 4 major laws, at least 20 pieces of secondary legislation.
Tajikistan. In Tajikistan we closely work with the leading IFIs on legal and institutional review of inspections functions of several key regulators and authorities. We are also involved on preparation of a mapping on incentives in textile and tourism sectors, as well as conducted a wide research for Tajik government on cost benefit analyses of incentives.
Kyrgyzstan. In Kyrgyzstan we have long track of record in lawmaking in corporate governance, bankruptcy, internal audit, pledge regulations. We are also proud to be part of the team that amended country’s Constitution. We worked closely with several IFIs and produced evaluation reports on public procurements system, analysis of judiciary system, as well as drafted amendments to several key pieces of primary legislation in investment sector. Our partners were also members of the state committees on Kyrgyzstan’s accession to WTO and worked on major policy making initiatives.
