We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Construction & Real Estate and Arbitration practice in Tashkent. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven professional to work on complex, high-value matters and develop within a top-tier, internationally oriented legal environment.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients and delivering on significant mandates, including:

• Leading and managing complex non-contentious construction and real estate matters:
  Negotiation and drafting of major construction and infrastructure contracts
  Structuring and advising on large-scale real estate and development projects

• Acting as a key team member on construction disputes and international commercial arbitration:
  Strategy development
  Drafting submissions and managing evidence
  Coordinating with experts and external counsel

• Managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact

• Supervising and mentoring junior associates

• Contributing to business development and practice growth

• Law degree from a reputable university (postgraduate qualifications are an advantage)
• 6+ years of experience in construction and/or real estate law
• Strong experience in construction disputes and/or international arbitration
• Proven ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy support skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), Russian and/or Uzbek is highly desirable
• Commercial mindset with strong project management skills
