How Arbitration Friendly is Kazakhstan?

In March, Dinara Jarmukhanova participated as a panelist at the “How Arbitration Friendly is Kazakhstan?” event hosted in London by Latham & Watkins in association with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) London Branch and the British-Kazakh Law Association. We thank the organisers for a highly engaging and thoughtfully curated discussion.

The event brought together leading practitioners to examine the evolving arbitration landscape in Kazakhstan, including the role of the Astana International Financial Centre courts in enforcement, as well as the country’s growing position as a regional dispute resolution hub.
