Kerim Begaliev is a Partner at our Kyrgyz office.
He is a licensed advocate and has over 18 years of regional legal expertise in corporate, contractual, telecommunication, tax and employment law as well as in litigation including court cases at the international courts where he has acted as a Kyrgyz law expert.
He has also been an asset in the transactions on cross-border M&A’s, where Kerim has been successful in representing and protecting interests of foreign investors in their disputes with the public authorities.
