Natalya Kim has 18 years of experience in two jurisdictions, including Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Natalya joined the Tashkent office of Centil Law Firm in 2012 and is currently a counsel with the Investments and Energy Practice. Her practice incorporates transactional, regulatory and litigation expertise to provide support on a variety of transactions, including foreign debt and equity investment, secured transactions, corporate and commerce. Natalya also advised on a range of issues related to the upstream and downstream operations.
Natalya has been recognised as a “next generation partner” or otherwise ranked by Legal 500, Chambers Global and IFRL1000.

- The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the debut issuance of sovereign Eurobonds of Uzbekistan
- International Finance Corporation (IFC) in relation to various debt investment projects in Uzbekistan
- IFC in relation to the acquisition of the original equity in Hamkorbank in Uzbekistan
- Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector in relation to financing of local banks and private companies in Uzbekistan
- A major Abu Dhabi company on the acquisition and development of a Combined Cycle Power Complex
- The consortium of lenders led by ADB on the US$ 4.2 bl. project finance transaction for construction and operation of the greenfield Surgil Gas Chemical Facilities at Ustyurt Region, including advice on finance facilities, direct agreements, political risk guarantee, and security structure
