Centil Law Firm advised Incheon International Airport Corporation (South Korea) - the winning bidder in Uzbekistan’s first airport PPP tender worth USD 223 million - on the modernization of Urgench International Airport.
Our team supported the client throughout the tender process, which attracted strong international attention and resulted in the successful award of the concession, finalized key project agreements under Uzbekistan’s PPP Law, including the PPP Agreement, Government Support Agreement, and Land Lease Agreement.
