Russia - Tajikistan Industrial Park
Centil Law Firm advised on the establishment of the Russia - Tajikistan Industrial Park in Dushanbe, acting as local legal counsel on Tajik law matters as part of a cross-border legal team led by ALUMNI Partners.
The project is being implemented pursuant to an investment agreement ratified by the Parliament of Tajikistan in July 2026. Developed on a 9.3-hectare site in central Dushanbe, the industrial park is expected to become a major manufacturing hub. The first phase will prioritise light industry, metallurgy, machine building, and medical equipment manufacturing. Resident companies will benefit from a preferential investment regime, including a 50% reduction in land, property, profit, and value-added taxes, as well as exemptions from customs duties.
Centil Partner Alisher Hoshimov advised on key aspects of Tajik law, working alongside the ALUMNI Partners team led by Partner Anton Panchenkov. This mandate reflects Centil's continued role in supporting strategic cross-border investments that contribute to industrial development and regional economic cooperation across Central Asia.
