Urgench - Khiva Road Project

Centil Law Firm is acting as legal advisor on the Urgench - Khiva Road Project - the first toll road project in Uzbekistan to reach the construction stage and a landmark development for the country's transport infrastructure.

With an estimated cost of USD 120 million, the project will connect Urgench International Airport and Khiva Railway Station, strengthening regional connectivity and supporting tourism, trade, and long-term economic growth in the Khorezm region.

Centil’s team, led by Partner Yakub Sharipov and Junior Associate Yaroslav Ananin, is providing ongoing legal advisory support on contractual arrangements, regulatory matters and contract management, working alongside government stakeholders, international partners, the design team and the contractor through every stage of delivery.
