TBC Bank Group PLC's acquisition of OLX Uzbekistan

Centil Law Firm acted as legal counsel to the consortium led by TBC Bank Group PLC on the acquisition of OLX Uzbekistan (FE "OLX CLASSIFIEDS”) from OLX Group through a joint venture company established by the investors.
