Mansour Automotive Group

Centil Law Firm acted as legal counsel to Mansour Automotive Group in connection with the establishment of a joint venture in Uzbekistan - Asman Auto.   Implemented together with Asaka Motors, the project involves a planned investment of USD 120 million and marks the entry of global automotive brands MG and Wuling into the Uzbek market, contributing to production localization and the expansion of modern distribution and aftersales infrastructure.   Centil’s team - Counsel Maxim Saifutdinov, Associates Nigina Gulomova and Farzona Tashmukhamedova, Junior Associate Nursultan Kurbanbaev - provided full legal support, including structuring and establishment of the joint venture, preparation of core commercial documentation, and development of dealer agreements.
