Centil Law Firm has successfully obtained a consent award from the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) in favour of our client, a leading Swedish agribusiness company.

The award secured recovery of the disputed amount in full, together with damages, arbitration costs, and legal fees - a result that fully vindicated our client’s position and further demonstrates the effectiveness of arbitration as a mechanism for resolving cross-border commercial disputes in Central Asia.
