TBC Digital JSC

Centil Law Firm acted as legal counsel on the establishment and structuring of Uzbek Holding Company - TBC Digital JSC, a key milestone in the joint venture between TBC Bank Group PLC, EBRD, and the IFC - International Finance Corporation.

Led by Partner Maksud Karaketov, the project team - Associates Seid David Tagiev, Aziz Mirzokhidov, Maksud Mirjonov, and Samira K. - provided full legal support, including regulatory approvals, corporate reorganization, share issuance, and contribution of shares in TBC Bank JSCB and Payme JSC, resulting in TBC Digital JSC becoming their 100% shareholder.

This project marks a major step forward in the growth of Uzbekistan’s digital ecosystem and reflects a strong commitment to innovation, financial inclusion, and sustainable development.
